Our Regional HR Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direct management of all human resource functions within a designated region, ensuring compliance and consistency with all HR policies, procedures, and practices.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the restaurant industry. An understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations is essential. You must be able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities while also being adept at building relationships and recognizing individual contributions.We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for developing and engaging employees and creating a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that are in line with the company's mission and goals
- Monitor and analyze HR trends and metrics to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Foster an environment of engagement and positive morale throughout the region
- Develop effective training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Provide guidance and counseling to managers and supervisors on HR-related topics, including performance management, employee relations, and discipline
- Investigate employee complaints and grievances and offer resolution
- Monitor and review employee benefit programs
- Participate in the compensation and benefits program design and implementation
- Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices
