Payroll Manager

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing the Payroll Department and all aspects of the biweekly hourly and salaried payrolls. Responsible for leading our payroll supervisor and payroll accountants to ensure that all payroll deadlines are met and excellent customer service is provided in a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsible for staff development, providing growth and training opportunities and performing periodic development check-ins. Oversee, assess and modify (as needed) payroll processes, from time entry through distribution of paychecks. Oversee and manage payroll information on a regular basis, including setting up new hires and auditing new-hire paperwork for accuracy. Oversee federal/state deposits, quarterly/annual payroll tax returns and W2s.
