
Meat Department Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks in the areas of HVAC, Ammonia Refrigeration, PLC Trouble Shooting, Electrical repairs and installations. Perform preventative maintenance of electrical, hydraulic, plumbing and mechanical systems. Assist in the testing/repairing of refrigeration systems. Maintain heating and cooling systems to IN-N-OUT Standards. Inspect alarm systems (fire, NH3 ammonia) and schedule repairs. Perform repairs on building doors, door locks, windows etc. Perform general upkeep on tasks assigned by the Work Order System or Supervisor.
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
HVAC refrigeration experience a plus
5 years of similar experience is required
Basic understanding of electrical/hydraulic and/or mechanical systems
