Human Resources Generalist

In-N-Out Burger is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to make an immediate impact on our organization. This position requires an organized and detail-oriented individual, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple projects.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an HR Generalist role, have prior experience in a fast-paced environment, and have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and regulations. The successful candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update personnel records, such as hiring and termination paperwork, benefits enrollment, and other employee information.
2. Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures in accordance with company and legal guidelines.
3. Create job descriptions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
5. Provide guidance to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics, such as employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
6. Manage employee relations issues, including resolving disputes and conducting investigations.
7. Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys and other programs.
8. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Develop and administer training programs for employees.
10. Assist with payroll processing and other HR administrative tasks.
