- Develop and maintain accurate and efficient human resources information systems (HRIS) for the company.
- Analyze and improve existing HRIS processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR team to identify reporting needs and develop custom reports.
- Utilize HRIS data to identify trends and provide insights to support strategic decision making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing and troubleshooting HRIS data.
- Train HR team members on HRIS processes and provide ongoing support.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve HRIS processes and reports.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Hris Reporting And Analysis, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Retail Industry.
Proficiency In Hris Systems, Such As Ultipro Or Workday, And Advanced Knowledge Of Microsoft Excel.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Data Clearly And Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Management.
