- Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's human resources information systems.
- Create and implement policies and procedures for utilizing HRIS to its fullest potential.
- Train and provide support to managers and team members on how to effectively use HRIS.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues and work with IT team to resolve them.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of all employee information within HRIS.
- Collaborate with HR team to identify and implement solutions for HRIS-related needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS management.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for HRIS.
- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for any HRIS-related questions or concerns.
- Provide regular reports and analysis of HRIS data to inform business decisions.
- Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects and initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's values.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hris Management, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Hris Systems, Such As Adp Workforce Now Or Ultipro, And Experience With Implementation And Maintenance.
Experience Managing A Team And Providing Leadership And Training To Hris Staff.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments And Stakeholders.
