
Executive Events Planner

As the Executive Events Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing corporate events for In-N-Out Burger. - Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate events for In-N-Out Burger, including but not limited to: conferences, meetings, team building activities, and company parties.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand event objectives and create event proposals that meet the company's goals and budget.
- Research and negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible rates for event services and supplies.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and approved.
- Manage event timelines and logistics, including venue selection, transportation, lodging, food and beverage, and audio/visual needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee event registration and attendee management, including communication and follow-up with guests.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to ensure events are properly promoted and advertised.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's event planning processes.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with colleagues, clients, and event guests.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, when planning events.
- Act as a brand ambassador for In-N-Out Burger, representing the company's values and mission at all events.
- Manage and train event staff, including event coordinators and assistants, as needed.
- Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during events, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Event Planning, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Planning And Executing Large-Scale Events, Including Conferences, Product Launches, And Corporate Parties.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events Simultaneously.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Anticipate Potential Issues And Proactively Find Solutions.
