Participation in all activities related to the period-end close process including accurate & timely preparation of journal entries and the timely research/resolution of P&L issues and questions. Prepare period-end account reconciliations and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information. Auditing and verifying documents that support overall account balances. Assist in preparing internal financial statements and footnotes. Assist with annual external audit and prepare assigned schedules for the annual audit. Assist with special projects including testing system enhancements, report development and establishing new account reconciliations. Review daily cash projections and reconciling of cash and credit sales. Responsible for investment and gift card accounting and reconciliations. Responsible for Interchange Analysis.
