Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management Support Analyst to join our team at IBM. This role will be critical in helping us improve the efficiency and accuracy of our workforce management processes. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with others.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a workforce management role. You should be a highly organized individual who can think on their feet and develop creative solutions to problems.You should be familiar with workforce management software, database management, and data analysis. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Responsibilites:

  1. Analyze and develop innovative solutions for workforce management processes.
  2. Monitor and maintain the accuracy of workforce management data.
  3. Utilize workforce management software, database management, and data analysis to improve processes.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Create and maintain effective communication channels with team members.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce management processes.
  7. Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Perform miscellaneous duties as needed or requested.
