Workday Solution Architect (HCM)

As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with sales and delivery teams from initial pre-sales discovery through design and implementation of the Workday solution. You will translate business and technical requirements into a project and architectural blueprint that achieves desired business objectives. Engage in the sales process to gather information about a project including background and broader context of the Financial Solution required to implement the Workday solution. Plan, lead, and facilitate architecture workshops for complex areas of the Workday HCM Module(s) such as business processes, organization structure, security, etc. Articulate the impact of key project and configuration decisions. Configure the Workday HCM solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution.
