Job Description

Serve as a member of the practice leadership team, contributing to strategy, practice development, offering development and talent management. Contribute to thought leadership and point of view materials aligned with Workday solutions understanding and expertise. Build senior line of business client relationships and a business pipeline of opportunities. Understand client needs and industry trends, developing winning proposals which will enable the application of IBM’s consulting, data aggregation, analytics, and technology capabilities. Work with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and deliver products and applications that will drive IBM’s Workday Practice Generate repeat sales at assigned clients, supporting sales efforts of the practice. Manage new and ongoing client relationships.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing or consulting in the banking and/or financial services field

  • At least 5 years of experience working for a management consulting company supporting the banking and financial services industry

  • The ability to generate C-Level (CCO, CRO, CDO, CMO, CFO, and other Line of Business Leaders) relationships in Financial Services is required
