User Experience Designer

Conduct experience design activities such as UX research, interviews and workshop in an Agile environment. Synthesize research findings and experience strategy to craft user experiences that connect people in meaningful, enduring ways with products, services and brands. Leverage scenarios and storytelling in the creation of workflows, flowcharts, story mapping and low to mid-fidelity prototypes. Own responsibility for day-to-day activities for UX work streams; deliver ideas to cross-functional teams Provide information verbally and visually through low- and mid-fidelity renderings and clickable prototypes. Test and validate working hypotheses through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes and published product, and participate in design critique. Work with UX Designers, Visual Designers, Experience Strategists, Researchers and Business Analysts to understand users’ needs and behaviors for the industries in which they work.
