  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM's technology solutions and services.
  2. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Midwest region.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential sales opportunities.
  8. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.
  9. Represent IBM in a professional manner at industry events and networking opportunities.
  10. Continuously develop and improve sales skills through training and self-learning.
  11. Stay informed about competitors' products and services in order to effectively differentiate IBM's offerings.
  12. Proactively identify and address any potential sales obstacles or challenges.
  13. Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and track progress.
  14. Work collaboratively with other members of the TSR team to share knowledge and best practices.
  15. Travel within the Midwest region as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
  16. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
