Responsible for supporting all inorganic workstream activities under the GBS Transform to Grow transformation initiative. Defining end to end operating model, designing and implement end to end agile/process transformation. Defining key measures of success, and implementing tracking and reporting mechanisms to support. Act as a trusted advisor to the most senior members of the IBM Services organization with respect to inorganic activities and processes, providing specific guidance around best practices for both prospective and completed transactions. Coordinate transformation project activities across different stakeholders and departments. Support the development of executive-level analysis, briefings, & reports for and to senior IBM leadership.
