
Transfer Pricing Professional
Prepare financial and economic analyses of inter-company transactions involving cross border flows of goods, services, and intangible property. Perform economic analyses in support of business decisions. Work with and support external advisors as they produce global transfer pricing documentation reports. Oversee/develop financial models to evaluate audit risks and opportunities for transfer pricing planning projects. Prepare tax audit analyses, support audit-ready files and memorandums/reports, as appropriate Work with accounting data residing in multiple ERP systems and ledger data repositories. Discuss inter-company matters with other stakeholders and functions such as accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial statements external auditors. Interact with tax and business executives, presenting transfer pricing strategies, technical issues, and addressing questions.
Approximately 4 years’ experience in Transfer Pricing practicing for a large organization or public accounting firm.
Candidate must have an analytical mindset.
Master’s Degree or in Accounting/Finance/Tax or equivalent (e.g. CFA, CPA) a plus
