Test Specialist – Automation

We are looking for an experienced Test Specialist – Automation to join our team at IBM. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test strategies, plans and scripts for new and existing products. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong technical knowledge and experience in automation testing, as well as excellent problem solving skills. 5. Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the test process.
6. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements.
7. Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in software test automation.
8. Ensure that all test scripts are compliant with company standards.
