  4. Conduct in-depth market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and technical support to ensure a seamless sales process for clients.
  6. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of IBM's storage solutions.
  7. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving growth and profitability.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to management.
  10. Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in storage and tape solutions through training and self-learning to stay ahead of industry developments.
