- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IBM's data and AI technology solutions and how they can be applied to solve clients' business challenges

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to drive the success of IBM's data and AI solutions
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, providing feedback and insights to help improve the overall customer experience
- Travel to client sites as needed to conduct on-site demonstrations and consultations
- Continuously track and report on sales metrics and progress towards goals, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
