  1. Promote and sell IBM's automation software solutions to federal agencies in order to drive revenue growth.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to effectively communicate the features and benefits of IBM's automation software to potential clients.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations to ensure successful sales.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within federal agencies to identify new opportunities and secure sales.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of federal clients.
  6. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase IBM's automation software and generate leads.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition in order to effectively position IBM's automation software in the market.
  8. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  9. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  10. Represent IBM in a professional and knowledgeable manner at all times, both externally with clients and internally with colleagues.
  11. Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to promote IBM's automation software in the federal market.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal regulations.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for IBM, promoting the company's values, mission, and culture.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
