  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
  2. Design and implement performance management processes and systems to drive business success.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of current talent and performance management practices and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify key business objectives and align talent and performance management strategies accordingly.
  5. Create and deliver training programs to educate managers and employees on effective talent and performance management practices.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders in conducting performance evaluations and setting development goals for their teams.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support talent and performance management initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent and performance management and make recommendations for their implementation in the organization.
  9. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent and performance management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to HR and leadership on talent and performance management related issues.
  11. Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all talent and performance management processes.
  12. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent and performance management processes.
  13. Act as a coach and mentor to employees, providing guidance and support for their career development.
  14. Lead and participate in special projects related to talent and performance management as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent And Performance Management, Preferably In A Consulting Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Talent And Performance Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Develop And Implement Effective Performance Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work With Diverse Teams And Effectively Advise And Influence Senior Leaders.
