Required qualifications include:- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field- Knowledge of hardware, software, and related systems- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, and other operating systems- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills- Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance to IBM customers for hardware and software issues.
  2. Manage customer expectations and provide top-notch customer service.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Adapt to rapidly changing technologies.
  5. Maintain excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  6. Utilize strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  8. Ensure customer queries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer problems are resolved.
  10. Document customer interactions and actions taken.
