Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair computer systems for clients. • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients. • Manage time and tasks efficiently and effectively. • Remain up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends. • Follow all company policies and procedures related to system repairs. • Maintain accurate records of system installations and repairs. • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues. • Work independently and collaboratively as needed.
