
Systems Services Representative
As a Systems Services Representative at IBM, you will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to IBM customers. You will utilize your knowledge and technical background to quickly identify and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of computer hardware and software applications, excellent problem solving and communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. In addition, the ideal candidate must be highly organized and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate, driven, and excited to represent IBM!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to IBM customers, including troubleshooting customer issues and answering questions.
- Utilize technical knowledge and experience to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain a positive customer experience by providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
- Understand and work with computer hardware and software applications.
