- Provide excellent customer service to clients as the primary point of contact for system services in the Tampa/Fort Myers area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM systems and solutions.
- Install and configure hardware and software for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of IBM products and services to effectively communicate and educate clients.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge, best practices, and improve overall team performance.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics set by IBM management.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Technical Support Roles.
Strong Knowledge Of Ibm Hardware And Software Products, Including Mainframe And Storage Systems.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.
Willingness To Travel To Client Sites Within The Tampa/Fort Myers Area And Potentially Work On-Call Or After Hours As Needed.
