  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our storage products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert for our storage products, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
  4. Communicate technical information and updates to customers and internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to development teams for continuous product improvement.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our support systems.
  7. Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams for prompt resolution.
  8. Continuously update knowledge and skills in storage technology to stay current with industry trends.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance customer support experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Storage Technologies, Including San, Nas, And Cloud Storage.

  • Strong Understanding Of Server And Network Infrastructure, Including Virtualization And Disaster Recovery.

  • Experience With Ibm Storage Products, Such As Ibm Spectrum Storage Suite And Ibm Flashsystem.

  • Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
