SuccessFactors Integration Manager

IBM’s SAP SuccessFactors consulting business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a new technical leader to drive this growth. As an Integration Manager you will be responsible for helping our top national and international clients design, build and test the integration between HR SaaS solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Time & Attendance, S/4 HANA HCM and various enterprise applications. You will work with IBM project teams ranging from 10 to 50 functional, technical and strategy consultants and lead a team of developers and technical consultants. You will work with an extended IBM support network to ensure that projects are delivered on time and under budget while always striving for superior value realization for our clients.
