  1. Design and implement compensation and variable pay strategies using the Successfactors platform.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and variable pay to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to compensation and variable pay.
  5. Utilize your expertise in Successfactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules to provide guidance and support to clients.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.
  9. Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for more efficient and effective delivery of services.
  11. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders to showcase solutions and results.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Successfactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
  13. Represent IBM as a leading technology and consulting company and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
  14. Adhere to IBM's values and code of conduct while representing the company.
  15. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in HR consulting and project management to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Clients And Team Members.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Successfactors Compensation And Variable Pay Modules.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation And Variable Pay Principles And Best Practices.

  • Experience With Project Management And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
