- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for subscription renewals and upsells.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote retention and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to develop strategic plans for driving subscription revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze subscription data to identify trends and develop targeted strategies for increasing retention rates.
- Educate clients on the value and benefits of IBM subscriptions, including new features and updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address any client concerns or issues related to their subscriptions.
- Prepare and present reports on subscription performance and revenue forecasts to management.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to subscription sales and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Annuity Products And The Ability To Explain Complex Financial Concepts To Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
