  1. Conduct thorough testing and optimization of storage systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  2. Utilize expertise in storage system testing and bringup to successfully bring up new systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to storage systems.
  4. Develop and execute test plans and strategies, including both manual and automated testing methods.
  5. Analyze and interpret test results, providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in storage system testing and bringup.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for storage system testing and bringup, providing guidance and support to team members.
  8. Document and communicate testing processes, procedures, and results to relevant stakeholders.
  9. Proactively identify potential risks and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
  10. Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  11. Continuously improve and streamline testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Provide timely and accurate status updates to project managers and team members.
  13. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Various Storage Systems, Including San, Nas, And Cloud-Based Storage Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Test Planning, Execution, And Troubleshooting Of Storage Systems In Both Physical And Virtual Environments.

  • Strong Understanding Of Storage Protocols Such As Fibre Channel, Iscsi, And Nfs, And Ability To Configure And Optimize These Protocols For Maximum Performance.

  • Familiarity With Storage Management Tools And Automation Frameworks, Such As Ansible And Puppet, For Efficient Storage System Deployment And Maintenance.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Storage System Bringup And Testing, Including Identifying And Resolving Issues And Documenting Results For Future Reference.
