- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of storage systems.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery tests to ensure data is protected and recoverable.
- Train and support end-users on storage systems and best practices for data management.
- Adhere to security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive data.
- Work closely with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues with storage hardware or software.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergencies.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Storage Administration, Preferably In A Large Enterprise Environment.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Ibm Storage Products, Such As Ibm Spectrum Storage Suite And Ibm Flashsystem.
Strong Understanding Of Storage Protocols And Technologies, Including San, Nas, And Cloud Storage.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Storage Issues Quickly And Efficiently.
