We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Process Analyst for our Finance & Administration Delivery team, specifically focusing on Procure to Pay processes. As a Sr. Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in our company's success by driving efficiency and effectiveness in our Procure to Pay operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about process improvement and has a strong background in finance and administration.   1. Analyze and evaluate current Procure to Pay processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  4. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision making.
  5. Monitor and track process performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  6. Identify and mitigate process risks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  7. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  8. Train and mentor junior process analysts to enhance team capabilities.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and technology advancements to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate suggestions for process enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Procure To Pay (P2P) Processes: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Entire P2P Process, Including Procurement, Invoicing, And Payment Processes. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Systems And Technologies Used In P2P, Such As Sap, Ariba, And Coupa.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Sr. Process Analyst, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Analytical Abilities To Identify Process Inefficiencies And Propose Solutions To Improve P2P Operations. They Should Also Be Able To Think Critically And Troubleshoot Issues That May Arise In The P2P Process.

  • Experience In Finance And Administration: The Sr. Process Analyst Should Have A Solid Background In Finance And Administration, With A Focus On P2P. They Should Have Experience Working With Financial Data, Budgeting, And Reporting, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Financial Controls And Compliance.

  • Project Management Experience: Ibm Is A Large Organization With Complex Processes, And The Sr. Process Analyst Will Be Responsible For Managing Projects Related To P2P Process Improvements. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Stakeholder Management.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Sr. Process Analyst Will Work Closely With Various Teams, Including Finance, Procurement, And It, To Implement P2P Process Improvements. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results. Additionally, They Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Concepts And Ideas To Stakeholders At All Levels.
