Job Description

Liaise with customers on the pain points, business objectives, and solution requirements and translate business requirements into technical integration and infrastructure requirements. Collaborate with business leaders to define options, risks, costs, benefits, and impacts on products, processes, and strategy. Recognize and highlight incremental improvement opportunities with existing clients. Ensure compliance with solution architectural design when implementing solutions. Configure, develop, test, and troubleshoot designed solutions and write functional specifications for modification, interface, report, and label requirements. Develop procedural and training documentation and assist / lead training for client end users. Advise client and team on tools, technology, and methodology related to design, implementation of supply chain IT solutions. Provide technical leadership to delivery teams.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of design and implementation experience in supply chain

  • A minimum of 5+ in warehouse (Manhattan Associates preferred) or transportation management systems

  • Direct experience delivering a supply chain distribution technology solution

  • Strong TMS SME with knowledge of tactical planning and optimization, freight procurement, load design

  • Strong Experience in Data integration tools, methods, and platforms
