  1. Design and develop innovative solutions utilizing ServiceNow platform to support IBM's digital transformation efforts.
  2. Serve as the technical lead for ServiceNow projects, providing guidance and expertise to team members.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for projects.
  4. Analyze complex business processes and provide recommendations for streamlining and automating them using ServiceNow.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and user guides.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize impact on project timelines.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and provide recommendations for incorporating them into IBM's processes.
  8. Lead training sessions and workshops to educate team members on ServiceNow best practices and new developments.
  9. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.
  10. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance on ServiceNow development and best practices.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve IBM's ServiceNow implementation, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
  13. Adhere to IBM's coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues to project stakeholders.
  15. Represent IBM in a professional manner, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with clients and internal teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Servicenow Solutions, Including Configuration, Customization, And Integration With Other Systems.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform Architecture And Best Practices, Including Servicenow Modules, Workflows, Scripting, And Ui Customization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Servicenow Projects, Including Gathering Requirements, Creating Project Plans, And Delivering On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Servicenow Certification As A System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, And/Or Application Developer, With A Deep Understanding Of Itil Processes And It Service Management Principles.

Compensation
