Responsibilities:

1. Leverage the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and implement solutions for clients.
2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on experience in developing solutions.
3. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage the implementation of complex solutions within tight deadlines.
4. Possess a strong customer service mindset and effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any ServiceNow issues that arise.
6. Develop and maintain ServiceNow best practices and ensure implementation of ServiceNow solutions align with industry standards.
7. Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
8. Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance to ensure optimal user experience.
9. Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and automated processes.
10. Develop and maintain ServiceNow documentation, including system diagrams, user guides, and release notes.
