  1. Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Node.JS.

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Node.JS development.

  8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers in the team.

  10. Ensure code quality and maintain coding standards throughout the development process.
  11. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase to enhance application performance and user experience.
  13. Comply with company policies and procedures, including security protocols, coding standards, and documentation requirements.
  14. Communicate project status and any roadblocks to project managers and other team members.
  15. Collaborate with DevOps team to deploy code and troubleshoot production issues.
