
Senior Process Analyst - Finance and Administration Delivery

- Develop and implement process improvement strategies: As a Senior Process Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in our financial and administrative processes and developing strategies to optimize them. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough process analysis: You will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis of existing processes, including data gathering, process mapping, and identifying areas for improvement. This will require a high level of analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: In order to optimize processes, you will need to work closely with various teams within the organization, including finance, administration, and IT. You will be responsible for facilitating cross-functional meetings and ensuring alignment and collaboration between different departments.
- Drive continuous improvement: As a Senior Process Analyst, you will be expected to continually monitor and evaluate processes to identify opportunities for improvement. You will be responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and implementing changes to optimize processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation: It will be your responsibility to document all processes, including any changes or improvements that are made. This will ensure that processes are standardized and easily accessible to all team members.
- Train and mentor team members: As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior process analysts. This may include providing guidance on process improvement methodologies, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends: You will be responsible for staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in process improvement. This will enable you to bring innovative ideas to the table and help IBM stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate effectively: As a Senior Process Analyst, you will be required to communicate your findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. You must be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Extensive Experience In Financial Analysis And Process Improvement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Financial Analysis And Process Improvement, With A Proven Track Record Of Identifying And Implementing Process Improvements In The Finance And Administration Domain.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Systems And Tools: A Senior Process Analyst Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Financial Systems And Tools, Such As Erp Systems (Sap, Oracle), Financial Planning And Analysis Tools (Hyperion, Cognos), And Business Process Management (Bpm) Tools.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Finance, Operations, And It. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Engage With Stakeholders And Drive Process Improvements.
Data-Driven And Analytical Mindset: A Senior Process Analyst Should Be Highly Analytical And Possess A Data-Driven Mindset, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets And Identify Insights To Inform Process Improvements.
Project Management Experience: Ibm's Finance And Administration Delivery Team Works On Various Projects, And The Senior Process Analyst Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing These Projects. The Candidate Should Have Previous Project Management Experience And Be Able To Effectively Manage Project Timelines, Resources, And Deliverables.
