Responsibilities:

1. Develop and monitor risk management and compliance programs to ensure IBM meets its risk and compliance objectives.
2. Analyze data to identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
3. Monitor the development of new regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prepare reports and presentations related to risk management and compliance.
5. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
6. Research and evaluate best practices for risk management and compliance.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Track and review progress toward compliance objectives.
9. Identify and analyze trends in risk management and compliance.
10. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement solutions to ensure compliance.
