Job Description

Are you an experienced and passionate SAP RISE Solutions Advisor looking to join a leading global technology organization? IBM is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and help drive our SAP RISE portfolio.As an SAP RISE Solutions Advisor at IBM, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and customized solutions that meet our customer's needs and align with their business objectives. You will work with a team of other professionals to provide end-to-end solutions and technical expertise to our customers.The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid understanding of the SAP RISE portfolio and be able to demonstrate their expertise in the areas of system design, configuration, implementation, and support. You should also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills along with a customer-centric attitude.If you have the skills and experience necessary to excel in this role, we would love to welcome you to the IBM team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, configure, implement, and support customized SAP RISE solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
  2. Work with a team of professionals to provide end-to-end solutions and technical expertise to customers.
  3. Develop innovative solutions to address customer requirements.
  4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the SAP RISE portfolio.
  5. Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  6. Provide customer-centric support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the SAP RISE portfolio.
