SAP OTC Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP OTC Lead to join the IBM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes, working with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of customer orders from entry to completion.To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum of five years’ SAP experience with a strong background in OTC processes and operations in a global organization. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) processes.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of customer orders from entry to completion.
3. Monitor and optimize OTC processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and policies.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Provide expertise and guidance on SAP modules related to OTC, with a focus on SD and MM.
6. Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of OTC concepts, best practices and strategies.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with OTC processes.
8. Identify and recommend areas of improvement to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
9. Teach and mentor junior team members on best practices and processes related to OTC.
10. Develop and execute test plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
