Job Description

As an SAP Basis Consultant within IBM Consulting, you’ll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You’ll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation. Design and configure solutions for S/4 HANA implementations and migrations by using an agile framework. Share technical inputs and best practices to the delivery team to conduct successful outcomes for our clients. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and customize a plan to take their implementations to the next level. Assist with the migration of SAP applications from an IRS data center to a commercial cloud service provider. Assist with post migration integration and technical validation, support functional regression testing and assist with performance testing.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience with installation, Start/Stop, performance monitoring, and change management support.

  • Experience working with installation and technical configuration with the following SAP applications in a Unix or Linux environment

  • Experience with SAP migrations, SAP homogenous system copies or SAP heterogeneous systems copies a plus.
