- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce expertise within the Industries + EPC team at IBM.
- Collaborate with clients in the industries and EPC sector to understand their business needs and develop Salesforce solutions that meet their objectives.
- Utilize your deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Analyze and assess clients' existing Salesforce instances, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices and meet clients' specific requirements.
- Train and educate clients on how to effectively use Salesforce to achieve their business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce updates, releases, and trends, and proactively share this knowledge with the team and clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or roadblocks, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and methodologies related to Salesforce implementation and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver compelling presentations and demos to potential clients.
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced Salesforce team members, providing guidance and support to help them enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Represent IBM and the Industries + EPC team at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase our Salesforce expertise.
- Continuously strive to enhance your own technical skills and knowledge, staying updated on Salesforce certifications and training opportunities.
Salesforce Certification: A Salesforce Specialist Should Possess At Least One Salesforce Certification, Such As Salesforce Certified Administrator Or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
Experience With Industries And Epc: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Industries And Epc (Engineering, Procurement, And Construction) Companies, And Have A Deep Understanding Of Their Unique Business Processes And Requirements.
Technical Skills: A Salesforce Specialist Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Experience In Customizing And Configuring Salesforce Using Tools Such As Apex, Visualforce, And Lightning Components. Knowledge Of Integration Tools, Such As Mulesoft, Is Also Desirable.
Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Salesforce Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work With Different Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Developers, And Project Managers. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
