  1. Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

  3. Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions.
  4. Ensure best practices are followed for Salesforce development and implementation.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug issues in Salesforce orgs.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and features.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on development progress and addressing any concerns.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers on the team.

  10. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize existing Salesforce applications.
  12. Collaborate with other Salesforce Developers within the organization to share knowledge and best practices.

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency In Japanese Language: The Primary Qualification For A Salesforce Developer - Japanese Bilingual Job At Ibm Is Proficiency In Japanese Language. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As The Role May Involve Working With Japanese Clients Or Collaborating With A Japanese Team.

  • Salesforce Certification: All Candidates For A Salesforce Developer Role At Ibm Must Have A Valid Salesforce Certification. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform And Its Capabilities, And Can Effectively Develop And Customize Solutions For Clients.

  • Experience In Salesforce Development: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Salesforce Development Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Experience In Developing Custom Applications, Integrating Salesforce With Other Systems, And Creating Customized Reports And Dashboards.
