- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the highest level of quality in IBM products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for automation.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing products and services.
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software, hardware, and systems to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and report defects in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuously improve and optimize the automation testing process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing.
- Provide regular updates and reports on test results and progress to project stakeholders.
- Identify and implement tools and processes to enhance automation testing efficiency.
- Mentor and train team members on automation testing techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with other quality engineers to ensure consistent and high-quality test coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
- Follow and promote company quality standards and processes.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to quality assurance.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance And Automation Testing
Strong Knowledge Of Automated Testing Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium, Appium, And Cucumber
Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd) Processes
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
