- Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and execution within the ADM division at IBM.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies to improve project delivery.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure projects are completed within established parameters.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
- Communicate project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly understood and met.

- Represent IBM and the ADM division with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Software Development Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Tools Such As Scrum, Kanban, And Jira.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification Is Highly Preferred.
