4. Lead project meetings, coordinate team efforts, and communicate project updates and status to stakeholders
5. Work cross-functionally with various teams and departments to ensure project success

7. Develop and implement project management best practices to ensure project quality and success
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally
9. Provide mentoring and guidance to team members and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
10. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure project success
