  1. Manage and oversee the entire Procure to Pay process for IBM, ensuring that all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to streamline the Procure to Pay process.
  3. Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the procurement process.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Communicate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for goods and services.
  8. Train and mentor team members on Procure to Pay processes and procedures.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Procure to Pay to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and deliver high-quality results.
  11. Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that could impact the Procure to Pay process.
  12. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of procurement activities to management.
  13. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
  15. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies or tools to optimize the Procure to Pay process.
