Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire procure to pay cycle, including but not limited to requisition, purchase order processing, invoice processing, and payment.
  2. Ensure all procurement processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all deadlines and company standards.
  3. Conduct regular analysis and review of procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, supply chain, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of procurement processes.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts and purchases.
  6. Monitor and maintain procurement metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in procurement processes and systems, making recommendations for process enhancements and technology solutions.
  8. Train and educate team members on procurement processes and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate execution.
  9. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  11. Participate in special projects and initiatives to support continuous process improvement and drive business results.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all procurement activities.
  13. Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
  14. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data privacy standards.
  15. Continuously strive to meet or exceed department and company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Procure To Pay (P2P) Process: A Process Delivery Specialist In Procure To Pay At Ibm Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The End-To-End P2P Process, Including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Invoice Processing, And Payment.

  • Proficient In Procurement Tools: The Candidate Should Possess Experience Working With Various Procurement Tools Such As Ariba, Coupa, Or Sap To Effectively Manage The P2P Process And Ensure Compliance With Ibm's Procurement Policies.

  • Attention To Detail: A Process Delivery Specialist Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure Accuracy And Completeness Of All Transactions And Documentation In The P2P Process. This Includes Verifying Vendor Information, Contract Terms, And Pricing Details.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: In This Role, The Incumbent Will Be Required To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Related To The P2P Process. Strong Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential To Identify The Root Cause Of The Problem And Implement Effective Solutions.

  • Communication And Collaboration: Effective Communication And Collaboration Are Crucial For A Process Delivery Specialist At Ibm. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Liaise With Internal Stakeholders, Suppliers, And Vendors To Ensure Smooth And Timely Execution Of The P2P Process.
