  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions through the Procure to Pay process.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  3. Utilize strong project management skills to monitor and track progress of process delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues.
  6. Maintain a strong understanding of IBM's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  7. Proactively identify potential risks and escalate to appropriate parties for timely resolution.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Provide support and guidance to team members, including training and mentoring.
  10. Stay updated on changes and updates to the Procure to Pay process and proactively implement necessary changes.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of process delivery activities.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to service delivery.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
  14. Represent the Procure to Pay team in meetings and discussions with clients and stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to IBM's values and code of conduct, and promote a culture of integrity and excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Procure-To-Pay Processes: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Entire Procure-To-Pay Process, Including Sourcing, Purchasing, Invoicing, And Payment. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Streamline And Optimize The Process For Ibm.

  • Experience With Procurement Systems: A Qualified Process Delivery Specialist Should Be Familiar With Various Procurement Systems, Such As Sap Ariba, Coupa, Or Oracle. They Should Be Able To Navigate These Systems Proficiently And Use Them To Their Full Potential To Support Ibm's Procurement Needs.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Process Delivery Specialist, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing And Implementing Process Improvement Projects Within The Procure-To-Pay Function. They Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop Project Plans, Track Progress, And Communicate Updates To Stakeholders.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: Ibm's Procure-To-Pay Process Involves A Large Amount Of Data And Transactions. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify Inefficiencies, Root Causes, And Recommend Solutions To Improve The Process.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sourcing, Finance, And Accounting. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Liaise With Different Stakeholders And Drive Process Improvements Collaboratively.
