
PROCESS DELIVERY SPECIALIST-PROCURE TO PAY

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of IBM's Procure to Pay processes and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of procure to pay services to clients, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Procure to Pay processes, providing guidance and support to team members and clients.
- Monitor and analyze Procure to Pay metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update process documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials.
- Develop and implement process controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of Procure to Pay processes to identify and address any discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and onboard new team members on Procure to Pay processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Procure to Pay processes.
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on process performance and improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procure To Pay (P2P) Processes.
Extensive Knowledge Of Procurement And Supply Chain Management Principles.
