  1. Oversee and manage the entire lead to cash process, from lead generation to customer payment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every stage.
  2. Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve the lead to cash process and drive efficiency.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Coordinate with various departments, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Order Management, Billing, Or Customer Service.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Lead To Cash Processes, Including Quoting, Order Entry, Fulfillment, And Invoicing.

  • Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma, And Ability To Identify And Implement Process Enhancements.
